General provisions

This Privacy Policy is effective for Cardberg (“Company”, “we”, “us” and/or “our”). We respect your privacy. Our Policy applies to the Cardberg Service which consists of our applications made available for mobile devices ("Applications"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Cardberg Service, how we use that information, and how your rights are respected by us. Please take a few moments to read this agreement. By using the Cardberg Service, you agree to accept the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and are aware that our policies may change in the future as indicated below.

Data we do not collect

Application can use only users with previously created account in external Cardberg Tourist Insights software and signed agreement. Application is not for end user, only for organisations (service provider) which are part of tourist discount program. This subject can through application validate discounts tourist card

Application only display personal data from which are stored in Cardberg Tourist Insights software of discount/tourist card holders. Personal data are not collected. Card holders are agreed with privacy policy before the card was issued.

Data we collect and usage

Our Service may use third party events analysis and crash reporting services to improve stability and user experience. Using them, we collect data about how users use the Applications. These data include the following:

• device information - model, operating system version, unique identifiers, data on mobile networks
• logs - events data, including failures and actions in the system, as well as settings, type and language of the operating system, date and time of the request, cookie, which serve as a unique identifier of your device
• app events analysis
• Accepted discount by user – id and time of service which was accepted by user

Final Provisions

Finally, the English language version of this Privacy Policy is the version that governs your use of the Applications and in the event of any conflict between the English language version and a translated version, the English language version will control.
